The combined facade will favorably emphasize the design of a modern interior
The popularity of wardrobes with sliding doors is growing from year to year, which is not surprising, since this furniture not only saves space, but also looks great. The attractive and modern design of sliding wardrobes is formed through the use of a variety of decorative panels. Let's look at the types of decorative panels in the design of a sliding wardrobe, their purpose and application features.
Chipboard
This is the most cost-effective type of design for a compartment door, into the frame of which a chipboard panel 8-10 mm thick is inserted. The door can be mono-filled, i.e. using one sheet of panel for the entire height and width. This version of the sliding wardrobe looks strictly, without frills. The filling of the door can be divided into fragments of different sizes, colors, shapes and even materials. For example: combine chipboard with a mirror or glass.
The average cost of a compartment door made of chipboard is 4-5 thousand rubles.

There are several types of application of patterns: on the front side, on the reverse side, on the back side (according to the shape of the pattern, a stream of sand destroys the reflective film - amalgam), matte pattern on a mirror background, mirror pattern on a matte field (the field around the pattern is processed, the pattern itself remains untouched) , deep drawing (a relief is created on a mirror field), the use of paints when processing sand, the so-called matting.
.
The average cost of a door with a sandblasted pattern is 12-13 thousand rubles

Since their appearance, sliding wardrobes have gained great popularity and have not lost their position since then. For dressing rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, and hallways, sliding wardrobes are a very convenient option for organizing storage. When opened, the doors do not take up additional space, so such cabinets are suitable for small spaces.
The frame basis for sliding doors is steel or aluminum profiles, the filling of which can be panels made of various materials. Depending on the customer’s wishes, we can produce doors of various colors, textures, and with beautiful effects that will decorate the interior of any room.
1. Laminated chipboard - this material for doors is the most common and economical. Due to its affordable price, it is quite popular, especially in the economy sector. At the same time, laminated chipboard manufacturers provide a wide selection of colors, including wood textures and other materials. If desired, you can choose matte or glossy surfaces. You can also note the safety of the material - if the surface is damaged, it is almost impossible to get serious injuries.
2. MDF - for the production of doors for sliding wardrobes, boards with a thickness of 6-12 mm are used. It is more difficult to damage such a door than laminated chipboard, however, replacing it in case of breakage will be somewhat more expensive. The advantages of this option include the ability to create a three-dimensional pattern using CNC. Also, a large number of film options, both in color and texture, provides the end consumer with a huge choice.
3. Mirror . A mirror in the interior successfully carries not only a functional load, but is also used as a decorative element. For the wardrobe door, 4 mm glass is used, on the back wall of which an anti-splinter film is glued. It protects in case of damage to the mirror - it prevents fragments from scattering, which makes it more difficult to get injured or cut.
In wardrobes, mirrors are used in two colors - traditional silver and bronze. In the second option, the reflection takes on a brown tint. It is possible to install both a regular mirror and a frosted one. It is possible to apply a design to the mirror surface using sandblasting. In this case, the mirror continues its direct function, while the matte surface of the sandblasted pattern creates a unique charm and emphasizes the individuality of the interior.
When using a mirror in the design of sliding wardrobes in small rooms, two goals are achieved: firstly, space is saved through the use of sliding doors, and secondly, the area of the room is visually increased. The mirror surface can be combined with other materials, creating original solutions and stylish interiors.
4. If the previous options are not suitable for various reasons, then you can install glass doors. However, plain glass is rarely used, so it can be decorated with colored plain oracal films or films with photo printing, which are glued to the back of the glass. The first option produces a bright glossy surface if plain glass is used.
Photo printing requires a picture or photo of very good quality. The size of the image depends on whether it will spread over the entire surface of the doors, or whether it will be only part of it.
5. Plastic doors for sliding wardrobes have a large selection of colors; they can be glossy or matte. Plastic requires careful care, since such facades are not cheap. Accordingly, if the surface is damaged, replacing the entire door will be quite expensive. In this case, it is recommended to make the doors from several parts, which will be inserted into additional dividing profiles. This way, replacing just one part will significantly reduce the cost of repairing the cabinet door.

There are also several ways to decorate wardrobe doors. A special polymer composition is applied to the surface of plastic, glass or chipboard to form a contour, after which the space inside the contour dries is filled with multi-colored stained glass paints. stained glass images of varying complexity and theme .
If colored glass plates of various shapes are applied to the door material to create the desired pattern, then this technique is called fusing . Multi-level volumetric original applications made of glass plates create a unique effect. When light hits these images, it creates a lovely shimmer and reflection.
When used to fill wardrobe doors with oracal film, you can use a very interesting technique when a pattern is formed from films of different colors. The image can be completely different, but too small elements of the picture cannot always be realized, and the color range of the picture will be limited by the colors of the films available.
On almost any material, except perhaps MDF, it is possible to apply a design using laser engraving. Mirrors and glass that are installed in wardrobe doors can also have a smooth surface, textured or with a pattern formed on the surface.
There are a lot of options for filling wardrobe doors, and even more decor options. And designers are constantly looking for new solutions for the interiors of our apartments and houses.
