Step one. Having made the final decision on the size of the product and its shape, you can begin to manufacture it. Having made the necessary measurements, apply all marking lines to the MDF panel.

Step two. We cut out the tabletop along the outlined contours using an electric jigsaw. We determine the location of the radiator and make the holes that are necessary for proper air circulation and heating of the glass unit. Their diameter should be about 36 mm and it is better to drill them using a feather drill.

Step three. Installation of the product in a window opening. Near the window, the tabletop rests on bars, and on the other - on perforated connectors. Step four. We carefully fill the resulting space with polyurethane foam. After waiting for it to set, all joints are sealed with sealant, preferably helium.

Step five. All that remains is to install the legs. Having cut the required length from the chrome tube, a plastic plug is inserted from the bottom side. We fix the flange on top and fasten it through the holes using self-tapping screws to the tabletop.
