Baguette. The door is crimped around the entire perimeter with a one-sided profile made of metal or PVC plastic. The simplest method that makes the sash look like a frame for placing photographs;
Panel. Provides for the insertion of shaped segments into a special frame. The main frame is made of upright and horizontal wooden frames. After joining them, the frame body is formed. Curly segments of MDF panels are inserted into it using a tongue and groove fastening. They occupy about 1/3 of the thickness of the strapping. They can be regular geometric shapes, complex or round. The joint on the front side is decorated with a thin decorative lining with figured cutting (narrow baguette). Externally, the sash resembles a solid one, decorated with a decorative cutter. Depending on the type of junction of the segments with the frame, it can be convex (protrude beyond the frame), flush with the sash, or recessed inward (recessed).

To make the right choice, pay attention to the type of cabinet support:

Legs. These are 4 vertical supports placed at the corners of the body. Shape and height may vary. Furniture will become wobbly on an uneven floor. The higher the legs, the greater the sensitivity to floor curvature;
Stops. Such legs are attached at an angle to the base of the frame. For this reason, they look “disintegrated” under the weight of the furniture’s contents. Classic legs are more stable. Ignores minor unevenness in the floor;
Regulated. These are large screws equipped with several wide washers. Low aesthetic appeal is compensated by the ability to place furniture level on the floor regardless of any curvature. It is enough to adjust each screw in height;
Base system. The sides lengthen and become stops. A decorative strip is mounted along the façade. It is called the base. It plays the role of an additional stop with a decorative load. It is desirable to have a gap between the floor and the central part of the base.

Hanging models

Installation of hanging variations of cabinets will require the correct selection of fasteners:

Metal furniture corner. Provides high-quality fastening with a high degree of reliability. Suitable only for furniture of small or medium dimensions. Increasing the size of the cabinet necessitates joint installation of the lower stops;
Anchor bolts. An effective way, but difficult to maintain visual appeal;
Furniture canopies. The best option for large cabinets. Capable of withstanding a load of 120 kg. Never used without a paired installation. After hanging, the cabinet can be raised a couple of cm or moved away from the wall;
Ear loop. Suitable only for the smallest plastic variations. Heavy loads will lead to fracture or breakage of fasteners;
Mounting strip. An original and reliable method of hanging, which makes it possible to slightly move the cabinet in the horizontal plane.
